Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years management experience in dental field
- Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with OpenDental software preferred
- At least 2 years experience as a training facilitator

Job Duties
- Drive a productive and efficient schedule
- Work with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgery
- Ensure Nuvia's best practices are in place
- Administer and enforce company policies and procedures
- Work closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectives
- Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their center
- Ensure compliance in the center based on OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
- Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices
