Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience required

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is desirable

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve restaurant performance through departmental improvements
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
