Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant environment
  • At least 2 years experience as a General Manager preferred
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and departments
  • Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Experience with financial and payroll processes
  • Ability to use CTUIT, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week including weekends
  • Must complete ServSafe and alcohol certification within 60 days
  • Must complete Bricktown Brewery Manager in Training program

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a restaurant environment
  • Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Strong guest service knowledge
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Coaching and performance management abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial information and adhere to budget
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to use relevant computer programs
  • Time management skills

Job Duties

  • Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of the management team
  • cooperate with corporate Culinary and Marketing department to roll out menu changes and marketing initiatives
  • oversee all BOH and FOH operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • ensure a safe working and guest environment and promptly complete accident reports
  • oversee food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation to meet specifications
  • ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial, HR, and Payroll administrative duties
  • properly maintain building, equipment and supply levels
  • follow company cash handling procedures and security measures
  • monitor weekly expenditures, invoices, inventory, and manage costs while meeting budget
  • handle guest complaints professionally and implement improvement plans
  • communicate team member issues to management team
  • deliver motivational education during pre-shift meetings
  • create management weekly schedules and coach staff on hourly schedules
  • lead coaching and career development through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
  • follow company procedures including crisis situations
  • recruit, hire, and train team members
  • complete Manager in Training projects
  • conduct team member orientation
  • manage success of training and management development programs
  • utilize computer programs such as CTUIT, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • perform other duties assigned by Area Manager or Leadership
