- communicates anticipated variances to the District Manager

- reviews and analyzes budget and P&L information
- determines crew staffing requirements
- ensures adequate bench strength in management
- ensures adequate crew depth for shifts
- maintains application and file handling processes
- trains personnel to prepare and serve quality products
- resolves customer complaints promptly
- monitors service times and trains staff in customer courtesy
- maintains store cleanliness and executes cleaning plans
- trains staff on new products and company standards
- manages orientation and training processes
- promotes crew members to leadership roles
- trains managers on systems and problem-solving
- provides leadership and mentoring
- conducts Q.S.C inspections
- manages production labor and food cost controls
- monitors store inventory levels
- analyzes weekly P&L reviews
- holds weekly manager meetings
- sets store priorities and writes store plans
- manages labor efficiency
- maintains and utilizes store systems
- establishes operational goals
- follows company procedures and policies
- maintains safe working conditions
- manages cash control and security
- reports accidents and resolves operational problems
- manages employee files and time cards
- manages shifts effectively
- complies with EEO and labor laws
- submits paperwork timely
- conducts exit interviews
