Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role
- strong understanding of financial reports and budgeting
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in hotel management software
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- manage daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
- market the hotel's services to exceed guests' expectations
- provide sales leadership and implement profitability plans
- recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
- ensure cleanliness and safety of the hotel
- create and manage the annual budget and track performance
- produce and explain monthly financial reports
- maintain strong guest relations while delivering financial performance
- collaborate with other ZMC Hotels General Managers
