- Previous general manager experience
- Experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail considered valuable
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support Department Managers to set and achieve departmental goals
- Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Hire and develop the restaurant management team
- Monitor restaurant performance and make operational improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to set and implement restaurant goals
