Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • minimum four years experience in restaurant operations or related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience in employee training and development
  • strong knowledge of restaurant financials including budgeting and cost control
  • familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel for business needs
  • prior leadership experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • effective organizational and time management skills
  • physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • adherence to safety and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct daily operations of the restaurant
  • select, train, and coach high-performing employees
  • manage employee performance and uphold an open-door policy

  • analyze sales trends and implement marketing initiatives
