Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous General Manager experience preferred
- ability to manage a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- capable of developing and coaching a team
- ability to meet McDonald's standards for quality and service
- must be willing to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ability to set goals and strategic planning

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- follow up on progress and provide direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant is staffed and scheduled properly
- oversee daily restaurant operations and customer service
