Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all People processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Oversee staffing and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate staff
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high-level standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
