Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with the QSR industry with P&L responsibilities or impact
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication primarily in English
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Drive combined team performance in BOH and FOH towards daily excellence in execution and guest service
  • Create a positive work environment to promote sales and retention of top talent
  • Manage financial and operational performance to meet and exceed business goals
  • Promote guest service proactively and handle guest recovery for restaurant-level issues and complaints
  • Source, interview, and select top talent for current and future staffing needs
  • Lead through performance management, training, coaching, and role modeling of service and brand standards
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards, legal compliance, and security measures
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Area Manager
  • Obtain SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire
