Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience at the level of assistant manager or greater
- manager ServSafe certification or similar preferred but not required
- ability to hire, train, and coach crew members
- experience with vendor ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- knowledge of labor, food cost, and other cost management
- ability to oversee day-to-day operations
