Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience in a managerial role preferably in quick service restaurants or hospitality
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and planning skills
- ability to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- commitment to achieving restaurant goals
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve business goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- help Department Managers set goals and follow up on progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant has the right team for future leadership
