Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous general manager experience in hospitality
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proven sales and networking abilities
  • ability to drive guest satisfaction scores
  • experience with food and beverage operations
  • willingness to be active in community organizations

Job Qualifications

  • prior general manager experience
  • strong sales background with established networking skills
  • proven ability to drive guest satisfaction scores
  • experience in food and beverage management
  • excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • previous Hyatt experience preferred
  • demonstrated capability to deliver outstanding financial results

Job Duties

  • lead and manage all hotel operations to achieve budgeted revenues and profit margins
  • hire, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
  • drive guest satisfaction scores by ensuring outstanding customer service delivery
  • liaise with Hyatt Brand Representatives, property owners, and Concord support teams
  • oversee food and beverage operations to maintain quality and service standards
  • participate in community organizations and networking to promote the hotel
  • administer compliance with brand standards and operational policies
