- previous general manager experience in hospitality

Job Duties
- lead and manage all hotel operations to achieve budgeted revenues and profit margins
- hire, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
- drive guest satisfaction scores by ensuring outstanding customer service delivery
- liaise with Hyatt Brand Representatives, property owners, and Concord support teams
- oversee food and beverage operations to maintain quality and service standards
- participate in community organizations and networking to promote the hotel
- administer compliance with brand standards and operational policies
