Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by helping set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality
- monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant success
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
