Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • restaurant experience required
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • excellent communication and coaching skills
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by helping set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant success
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
