Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years experience working in food service or retail environment
- 2+ years supervisory experience preferably in food service or retail
- valid driver’s license
- access to a personal vehicle during work hours
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Maintain accountability for overall business operations
- oversee the opening and closing of the Bagelry, maintaining a welcoming environment throughout business hours
- lead the team through each shift efficiently and effectively
- coach and mentor team members, recognize high performing employees, and support career advancement
- promote an exceptional guest experience by modeling behaviors, greeting guests, conducting table visits, and coaching the team
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- build and enhance sales while controlling costs to meet budget expectations
- create schedules that provide high guest service levels and maintain team quality of life
- maintain and control inventories to ensure product quality
- recruit, onboard, develop, and maintain a strong staff
- build relationships with local businesses and the community
- ensure a clean and safe environment complying with all regulatory standards
- promote and maintain safety for guests and team members
- be a menu expert, assist with orders and food preparation
- perform additional tasks such as catering delivery, banking transactions, and product pickups
- handle special projects as assigned
