Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • oversee hiring and training of staff

  • manage budget, profit and loss, and sales forecasting
  • develop and implement marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service
  • monitor inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operation
