Job Duties

  • handle daily operations and oversee all hotel areas including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
  • market the hotel's quality product and services to exceed guest expectations
  • provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
  • supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
  • ensure hotel cleanliness and safety
  • create annual budget and track performance
  • produce and explain monthly financial reports
  • deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations
  • collaborate and learn with other hotel general managers
