- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of hotel management experience

Job Duties
- handle daily operations and oversee all hotel areas including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
- market the hotel's quality product and services to exceed guest expectations
- provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
- recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
- ensure hotel cleanliness and safety
- create annual budget and track performance
- produce and explain monthly financial reports
- deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations
- collaborate and learn with other hotel general managers
