Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in full-service food and beverage operations
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to work on your feet and handle physical aspects of the entertainment environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record as a strong team player and people developer
  • Customer service expertise

Job Duties

  • Generate and monitor center revenue including financial operational plans and budgets
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing
  • Supervise and conduct training for all staff members on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Manage multiple departments and conduct regular meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Ensure overall guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved appropriately
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage programs, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
