Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience required
  • Valid state driver’s license required
  • Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and POS platforms
  • Prior experience with Xenial preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency
  • Focus on achieving results while having fun
  • Team player who works well with others or independently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment
  • Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures
  • Work near fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
  • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • Coach and correct team members as necessary
  • Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries timely and respectfully
  • Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service
  • Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets
  • Enforce sanitary practices and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, and staffing
  • Source, interview, hire, and retain top performers
  • Implement progressive discipline and complete performance reviews
  • Train Assistant General Manager to operate restaurant in GM's absence
  • Implement new brand campaigns and product training
  • Cascade information and maintain communication board
  • Complete administrative duties including inventory and cash counts
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial and inventory records
  • Review performance metrics and develop action plans to improve profitability and guest experience
  • Maintain all other duties necessary for proper restaurant operations
