Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in food and beverage management
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week
- Capable of prolonged standing, bending, stooping and lifting over 45 pounds
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and Dropbox
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years front of the house management experience in food and beverage
- Proficiency with in-house POS systems
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox
- Successful brand management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership and motivation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs
- Administer corrective action for violations
- Interview hourly employees
- Direct hiring, supervision, development and termination of employees
- Manage daily shifts including decision making, scheduling, and event management
- Complete reports, forms and paperwork timely
- Update and maintain dropbox files daily
- Enforce sanitary practices and cleanliness
- Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to recipes and guidelines
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and condition
- Receive product deliveries correctly
- Implement corporate marketing plans
- Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Provide ongoing employee development and conduct performance reviews
- Adhere to company standards and cost objectives
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities
- Ensure timely financial and payroll reviews
- Control cash handling and reconciliation
