Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years experience in food and beverage management
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week
  • Capable of prolonged standing, bending, stooping and lifting over 45 pounds
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and Dropbox
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years front of the house management experience in food and beverage
  • Proficiency with in-house POS systems
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox
  • Successful brand management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership and motivation abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs
  • Administer corrective action for violations
  • Interview hourly employees
  • Direct hiring, supervision, development and termination of employees
  • Manage daily shifts including decision making, scheduling, and event management
  • Complete reports, forms and paperwork timely
  • Update and maintain dropbox files daily
  • Enforce sanitary practices and cleanliness
  • Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to recipes and guidelines
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and condition
  • Receive product deliveries correctly
  • Implement corporate marketing plans
  • Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Provide ongoing employee development and conduct performance reviews
  • Adhere to company standards and cost objectives
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities
  • Ensure timely financial and payroll reviews
  • Control cash handling and reconciliation
