Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to work early shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Ability to use close, distance, peripheral, color vision
- Ability to bend, stoop, and handle objects with hands
- Ability to taste and smell

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing issues
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm, hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members occasionally with their duties
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve any food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations including cost and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, and security procedures
- Manage profit and loss items including food and labor costs
- Control food costs via recipe and portion adherence as well as inventory management
- Optimize labor schedules based on sales and performance through company tools
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform additional duties as assigned
