Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to present information effectively to groups
  • ability to calculate figures and apply algebra and geometry concepts
  • ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • attendance of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of company policies and procedures
  • proficiency in P&L analysis and corrective actions
  • familiarity with supervisory practices
  • expertise in planning and budgeting
  • skilled in interviewing and training
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
  • plan and manage budgets
  • conduct employee interviews and support training initiatives
