Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to groups
- ability to calculate figures and apply algebra and geometry concepts
- ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
- attendance of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Serve-Safe certification

- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- understanding of company policies and procedures
- proficiency in P&L analysis and corrective actions
- familiarity with supervisory practices
- expertise in planning and budgeting
- skilled in interviewing and training
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
- plan and manage budgets
- conduct employee interviews and support training initiatives
