Job Requirements
- Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
- Ability to frequently use computer and telephonic devices
- Continuous mobility during shifts including bending, pushing, reaching, twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and use good judgment in ambiguous situations
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, service, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage store forecasts and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and manage scheduling
- Address issues identified by financial and operational reports to achieve store goals
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests
- Maintain prompt attendance and hold associates accountable to attendance policies
