Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Serve-Safe Certification
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business material
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- strong presentation skills
- proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
- knowledge of employment laws
- leadership and supervisory skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
- knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- knowledge of supervisory practices
- knowledge of planning and budgeting
- knowledge of interviewing practices
- knowledge of training and development practices
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures or regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- analyze P&L statements and implement corrective measures
- conduct employee interviews and participate in hiring processes
