Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Serve-Safe Certification
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business material
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • strong presentation skills
  • proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
  • knowledge of employment laws
  • leadership and supervisory skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
  • knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • knowledge of supervisory practices
  • knowledge of planning and budgeting
  • knowledge of interviewing practices
  • knowledge of training and development practices
  • knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures or regulations
  • ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals
  • ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
  • ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
  • ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • analyze P&L statements and implement corrective measures
  • conduct employee interviews and participate in hiring processes
