Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Knowledge of wine and beverage fundamentals
- ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management and scheduling software
- Strong time management abilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or as a general manager
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Proficiency in kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- Understanding of food safety standards and ServeSafe certification
- Ability to handle guest relations and resolve complaints
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with event planning and execution

Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house inventory
- Oversee FOH ordering and coding
- Develop and train staff
- Conduct employee orientation as needed
- Schedule FOH staff
- Maintain location organization and cleanliness
- Ensure equipment maintenance
- Control prime costs
- Maintain proper staffing and training
- Provide clear direction and support to team
- Handle guest relations professionally
- Uphold or exceed CHG standards
- Plan and execute on- and off-site catering events
- Serve as expeditor when needed
- Recommend and perform wine service
- Step into back-of-house roles when needed
- Work with BOH leadership for kitchen accountability
- Coach, teach, and develop staff
- Ensure all team members are ServeSafe certified
- Manage time for staff and GM duties
- Develop team to uphold standards
- Deliver consistently excellent guest experiences
- Oversee service execution and maintain time standards
- Ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Coordinate BOH staff
- Maintain safe and sanitary work environment
- Communicate opportunities and achievements
- Complete weekly ordering and stocking of supplies
- Implement pricing standards
- Maintain food and beverage cost targets
- Conduct monthly inventory and reconciliation
- Organize storage to minimize loss and spoilage
- Track labor cost and schedule FOH staff
- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance
