Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience related to full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Generate and monitor center revenue including financial operational plans and budgeting
  • Be an operational pro managing day-to-day center operations, scheduling, planning, and communication
  • Train your team ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Review center performance through regular management meetings and profit and loss statement analysis
  • Rally the troops by maintaining high morale and addressing HR and loss prevention issues
  • Make guests priority number one by achieving guest service goals and resolving complaints
  • Drive food and beverage sales by overseeing and expanding the program, ensuring quality standards
