Job Requirements

  • minimum of bachelor's degree
  • at least 5 years experience in management related to full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • proficiency in business math and accounting
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage and develop team members
  • excellent communication abilities
  • available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food & beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
  • supervise and train staff on guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • manage multiple departments and hold regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust plans
  • maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved promptly
  • oversee and expand food & beverage program to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
