- at least 5 years experience in management related to full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- proficiency in business math and accounting

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food & beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
- supervise and train staff on guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- manage multiple departments and hold regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust plans
- maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
- ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved promptly
- oversee and expand food & beverage program to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
