Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to work
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location

- Previous restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
- Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Manage staffing including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Forecast sales and control inventory and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Develop and implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet business goals
