Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
  • Maintain a positive and inviting family culture for employees and customers
  • Oversee ordering and inventory to supply sufficient product levels
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Adapt to various situations to support team competencies
  • Resolve customer and employee issues calmly and effectively
  • Execute marketing plans accurately to build repeat customer visits
  • Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Foster a fun and engaging work environment
