Job Duties
- Inspire and support team members to provide excellent customer service
- Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
- Maintain a positive and inviting family culture for employees and customers
- Oversee ordering and inventory to supply sufficient product levels
- Ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Adapt to various situations to support team competencies
- Resolve customer and employee issues calmly and effectively
- Execute marketing plans accurately to build repeat customer visits
- Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Foster a fun and engaging work environment
