Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- extensive experience in restaurant management
- ability to work 10-12 hour shifts
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- strong organizational skills

- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- ability to handle stressful or fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant
- wine knowledge required, sommelier experience preferred
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred
- culinary experience or training a plus
- formal business education or restaurant management degree a plus
- above average computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to analyze financial data
- experience in staff development and performance management
Job Duties
- Conduct facility walk through to ensure a clean, safe and guest-friendly atmosphere
- complete administrative office work including answering emails and voicemails, entering sales reports, paying invoices, checking deliveries
- review previous day's sales reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- communicate effectively with management team, Regional Vice President and corporate staff
- review reservations and staff the restaurant appropriately
- perform kitchen and bar line checks and review inventory needs
- set and achieve budgeted sales and profit levels
- conduct pre-shift meetings to review menu changes and staff updates
- provide motivational leadership and feedback to staff
- rotate through restaurant stations to monitor activities
- interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- complete closing duties and submit sales reports
- facilitate weekly manager meetings
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- plan and conduct local store marketing and public relations activities
- recruit, hire and train restaurant personnel
- write and conduct performance reviews and development plans
- review banquets and special events with Sales Manager
- attend training courses to build professional skills
- build community relationships to promote the brand
- develop business through catering and private dining sales
