Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a management role within retail or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure

  • Knowledge of coffee and tea products preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead by example as a leader and advocate for your team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
  • Be a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and providing a Total Quality Experience to guests and team members
  • Generate new guests by creating memorable in-store experiences and community connections
  • Ensure safety by maintaining a safe store environment and prioritizing the health of employees and guests
  • Manage store profitability by tracking sales, overseeing day-to-day operations, and risk management
  • Create memorable experiences through creative visual merchandising and product placement
  • Build store presence by connecting with the local community to attract and retain talent
  • Mentor assistant general managers and store staff by sharing knowledge and embodying company principles
