Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in general management role within hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, human resources, and food & beverage
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create a positive work culture and enhance guest experiences
- Capacity to solve problems creatively and implement strategic solutions
Job Qualifications
- Proven financial management skills including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
- Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
- Strong record of associate engagement and guest satisfaction improvement
- Knowledgeable in revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies
- Familiar with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
- Skilled in labor productivity management
- Creative problem-solver with entrepreneurial approach to guest experience and revenue maximization
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a General Manager preferred
- Experience in branded or upscale hotel leadership is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
- Achieve business goals and maintain brand standards in hotel and food & beverage operations
- Serve as strategic business leader responsible for P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor management
- Direct leadership teams across operating departments such as food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Maintain day-to-day culture with high ethical leadership to drive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and solid business results
- Perform additional duties assigned by Regional Vice Presidents and Corporate Leadership
