Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in operations management or related field
  • demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied hours including peak business times
  • valid driver’s license
  • proficiency with basic computer skills
