Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in operations management or related field
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational and communication skills
- flexibility to work varied hours including peak business times
- valid driver’s license
- proficiency with basic computer skills
