Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate meetings and conferences requiring overnight and interstate travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in financial management including sales growth, payroll budgeting, and expense control
  • Proven ability in retail management, including inventory monitoring and service culture driving
  • Experienced in leadership with talent attraction, development, motivation, and change management
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective organizational skills handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to remain flexible and use good judgment under pressure

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
  • Utilize store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
  • Address financial and operational issues identified through reporting and audits
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests
  • Ensure regular and prompt attendance and enforce attendance policy with all associates
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and address staffing needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage policy violations and corrective actions
  • Foster an engaged team culture through communication, teamwork, and prioritization
  • Create an inclusive environment that encourages growth and development
  • Lead manager and associate training, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, dress code, and standards
  • Use scheduling and task management tools to optimize store operations and guest experience
  • Protect company assets through adherence to inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention protocols
  • Execute inventory control procedures including theft reporting and product returns
  • Promote continuous improvement by adopting company initiatives and technology
  • Communicate business trends, operational challenges, and merchandise needs to field leadership
