Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant or bar operations
- Ability to handle cash and perform cash handling procedures accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager and ServSafe Alcohol certifications
- Must complete Twin Peaks General Manager training program
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Willingness to enforce brand standards and policies
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
- Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables
- Strong mathematical skills to understand PNL and cost control
- Effective communication skills in English
- Spanish communication skills are helpful
- Completion of all required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to coach, motivate, and discipline staff effectively
Job Duties
- Effectively teach, motivate, coach and discipline all staff including assistant managers and Twin Peaks Girls
- Be proficient with interviewing, warning, counseling, hiring and firing employees and ensure documentation is maintained
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist with management development and recruit proactively as needed
- Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, ticket times, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage stress and volume with composure and professionalism
- Uphold Twin Peaks standards and expectations
- Handle discrimination or harassment issues following policy
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere free of intimidation and poor performance
- Drive sales through collaboration with management and staff
- Enforce safety and sanitation compliance with health regulations
- Review staff schedules and manage shift assignments
- Audit readiness including daily and shift critical audits
- Manage invoice review and payment
- Ensure asset protection and security measures are in place
- Maintain compliance with training and certification requirements
- Counsel and coach team members to meet performance standards
- Practice sound inventory control and cost management
- Maintain professional appearance and set an example
- Oversee front and back of house productivity
- Manage food and alcohol certification compliance
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Enforce uniform standards
- Maintain overall restaurant organization and cleanliness
- Maintain repair and maintenance programs
- Keep up-to-date employee files and documentation
- Ensure operational standards such as line checks, scheduling, and cook times are followed with passion and commitment
