Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans reflecting current sales and restaurant performance
- Drive top-line sales through exceptional guest experiences, strategic partnerships, and effective leadership
- Manage controllable expenses and develop systems for cost control
- Forecast labor needs and review department schedules weekly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant environment
- Partner with Chef de Cuisine to ensure high-quality scratch culinary menu and flawless recipe execution
- Lead Bar Manager in curating industry-leading cocktail and spirits programs
- Collaborate to design unique dining and service experiences that boost sales
- Hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
- Execute onboarding processes and create a culture of excellence and luxury
- Provide coaching and feedback to maintain high standards
- Develop team ownership of Areas of Responsibility and oversee their performance
- Lead manager meetings focusing on sales results and operational improvements
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with managers to support progress and professional goals
- Foster internal talent development to support brand growth with home-grown leaders
