Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or the equivalent required
  • Must be able to read and write fluently in English
  • Must demonstrate 2 years previous experience in food and beverage management
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with managing inventory and cost control is required
  • In-depth working knowledge of alcoholic beverages is required
  • Food preparation and presentation knowledge required
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of planning and forecasting
  • Must be able to use relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have ServSafe certification
  • Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours
  • Regularly work 50 hours per week
  • Ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
  • The workplace may frequently expose the teammates to heat, cold and odors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Knowledge and experience with inventory and cost control
  • In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages
  • Experience in restaurant staff management and development preferred
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
  • Ability to plan and forecast
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and restaurant-specific software
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Promote the companys mission, vision, and values
  • Analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
  • Analyze food and beverage costs
  • Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
  • Direct and manage shifts effectively with a focus on teammate productivity
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and implement recovery strategies
  • Determine staffing requirements, recruit, train, and coach teammates
  • Manage teammate performance according to standards and procedures
  • Deliver quality products and experiences based on brand standards
  • Conduct effective pre-shift meetings
  • Maintain teammate records as per established procedures
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • Interact with customers to establish positive relations
  • Determine and implement operating improvements
  • Schedule food and beverage deliveries and check quality
  • Ensure correct storage of supplies
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs of equipment and services
  • Identify and evaluate competitors
  • Stay current with trends in the restaurant industry
  • Perform other duties as assigned
