Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • sets controllable cost targets
  • meets controllable cost targets
  • develops and executes local store marketing plan
  • responds to competitor activities
  • develops plan to improve sales and profits
  • sets and meets store budget goals
  • communicates anticipated variances to District Manager
  • determines crew staffing requirements
  • ensures adequate management bench strength
  • trains store personnel to maintain quality standards
  • resolves customer complaints
  • takes service times and trains personnel in customer courtesy
  • writes and executes store cleaning plan
  • trains and manages staff orientation and development
  • conducts Q.S.C. inspections
  • manages production labor and food cost controls
  • monitors inventory levels
  • analyzes P&L statements with management
  • follows company policies and procedures
  • maintains safe working conditions
  • submits paperwork timely
  • conducts exit interviews
  • trains crew in equipment maintenance
  • manages performance problems
  • conducts management performance reviews
  • takes corrective actions for performance issues
