Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets controllable cost targets
- meets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes local store marketing plan
- responds to competitor activities
- develops plan to improve sales and profits
- sets and meets store budget goals
- communicates anticipated variances to District Manager
- determines crew staffing requirements
- ensures adequate management bench strength
- trains store personnel to maintain quality standards
- resolves customer complaints
- takes service times and trains personnel in customer courtesy
- writes and executes store cleaning plan
- trains and manages staff orientation and development
- conducts Q.S.C. inspections
- manages production labor and food cost controls
- monitors inventory levels
- analyzes P&L statements with management
- follows company policies and procedures
- maintains safe working conditions
- submits paperwork timely
- conducts exit interviews
- trains crew in equipment maintenance
- manages performance problems
- conducts management performance reviews
- takes corrective actions for performance issues
