Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant general manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing team
- ability to analyze profit and loss statement

- previous restaurant General Manager experience

- oversee restaurant marketing initiatives
- manage Profit and Loss statement and financial results
- lead and develop restaurant management team through training and performance engagement

- analyze operational efficiencies and implement improvements
