Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant general manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing team
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statement

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and safety systems
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • create legendary guest experiences
  • oversee restaurant marketing initiatives
  • manage Profit and Loss statement and financial results
  • lead and develop restaurant management team through training and performance engagement
  • coordinate community connection and fundraising activities
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • analyze operational efficiencies and implement improvements
