Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform prolonged repetitive tasks including walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending
  • Ability to carry over 25 pounds
  • Not exposed to extreme noise levels
  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel
  • Reach with hands or arms

  • Progressively responsible management experience of 4 years
  • Successful experience in retail or restaurant environment of 2 years
  • Effective oral communication skills

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Comfortable with technology and new programs
  • Experience in staff management and development
  • Attention to detail and record keeping

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience analyzing financial data and budgets
  • Knowledge of planning and forecasting
  • Track record of managing inventory and cost control
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Oracle MICROS POS experience
  • Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification to be attained after hire
  • Culinary experience

Job Duties

  • Manage multi-concept food and beverage operations within a campus dining environment
  • Set operating goals and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff performance
  • Develop and monitor staff schedules and maintain employee records
  • Control food and labor costs, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, and quality control
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Collaborate with management and franchise partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation and service
  • Lead seasonal promotions and company programs
  • Communicate effectively
  • Maintain professionalism during high-volume events
  • Build positive team relationships
  • Engage customers to enhance dining experience
  • Inspire team members to achieve objectives
