Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform prolonged repetitive tasks including walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending
- Ability to carry over 25 pounds
- Not exposed to extreme noise levels

- Progressively responsible management experience of 4 years
- Successful experience in retail or restaurant environment of 2 years

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Comfortable with technology and new programs
- Experience in staff management and development
- Attention to detail and record keeping

- Knowledge of planning and forecasting
- Track record of managing inventory and cost control
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Oracle MICROS POS experience
- Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification to be attained after hire
- Culinary experience
Job Duties
- Manage multi-concept food and beverage operations within a campus dining environment
- Set operating goals and maintain standard operating procedures
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff performance
- Develop and monitor staff schedules and maintain employee records
- Control food and labor costs, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, and quality control
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate maintenance and equipment repairs
- Collaborate with management and franchise partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee food and beverage preparation and service
- Lead seasonal promotions and company programs
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume events
- Build positive team relationships
- Engage customers to enhance dining experience
- Inspire team members to achieve objectives
- Manage additional operational areas and perform other duties
- Travel for training and professional growth
- Complete assigned trainings for compliance
