Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to be hands-on and present in the restaurant at least 48 hours per week
  • Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling ordering and team accountability
  • Leadership experience with the ability to hold team members accountable
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by example creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage daily operations including food ordering and inventory control
  • Build schedules oversee cash management ensure compliance with company and safety policies
  • Maintain a clean welcoming environment and ensure equipment is always ready
  • Be the problem-solver for any emergencies including staffing and product needs
  • Motivate and hold team members accountable
  • Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service
