Job Requirements
- Availability to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to be hands-on and present in the restaurant at least 48 hours per week
- Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling ordering and team accountability
- Leadership experience with the ability to hold team members accountable
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Lead the team by example creating a positive and productive work environment
- Manage daily operations including food ordering and inventory control
- Build schedules oversee cash management ensure compliance with company and safety policies
- Maintain a clean welcoming environment and ensure equipment is always ready
- Be the problem-solver for any emergencies including staffing and product needs
- Motivate and hold team members accountable
- Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service
