Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role is required
- minimum of 4-6 years in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred
- must meet state mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands and use fingers
- ability to bend, stoop, taste, smell and verbally communicate
- visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- able to freely access all restaurant areas
- flexible to work various shifts including weekends
- able to comply with updated safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance and manage disciplinary actions including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and promote a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls
- ensure OSHA and safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
