Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Hospitality or related field
- Previous hotel management experience required
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to stand for extended periods walk push lift up to 25 pounds bend reach stoop kneel or crouch
- Ability to travel occasionally
