Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings and events as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting (25-50 lbs)

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
- Ensure customers' expectations are exceeded every visit
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Develop and mentor the team to enhance skills and performance
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profit goals
- Maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Safeguard Wendy's brand and assets
- Anticipate and resolve operational problems
- Participate in marketing programs
- Ensure continual improvement of customer service and dining experience
