Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build a strong team
- manage profit and loss, forecasting sales and controlling expenses
- ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- develop and execute local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- deliver an exceptional guest experience and respond to customer feedback
