Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • ability to oversee food preparation and safety

  • ability to communicate clearly

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build a strong team
  • manage profit and loss, forecasting sales and controlling expenses
  • ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • develop and execute local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • deliver an exceptional guest experience and respond to customer feedback
