Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant or food service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- hire, train, and develop restaurant team members to deliver excellent service
- oversee food safety and quality control to maintain high standards
- manage profit and loss including sales forecasting and staffing
- implement creative marketing initiatives such as community fundraisers
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
- deliver exceptional guest experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
