Job Requirements
- Experience managing high volume restaurants
- leadership experience in quick service restaurant or related sectors
- ability to develop and coach managers
- ability to meet high standards of quality, service and cleanliness
- must be 18 years or older
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- 18 years or older for corporate management roles
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve these goals
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor and follow up on departmental progress
- provide direction and coaching to improve departmental performance
- oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction
