Job Requirements

  • Experience managing high volume restaurants
  • leadership experience in quick service restaurant or related sectors
  • ability to develop and coach managers
  • ability to meet high standards of quality, service and cleanliness
  • must be 18 years or older
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • 18 years or older for corporate management roles

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve these goals
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor and follow up on departmental progress
  • provide direction and coaching to improve departmental performance
  • oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction
