Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • four years progressively responsible management experience
  • two years experience in retail or restaurant environment
  • effective oral communication skills

  • computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • staff management and development experience
  • attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and organize work
  • self-starter mindset
  • willingness to obtain Servsafe Certification after hire
  • ability to carry 25 plus pounds
  • able to perform physical duties including walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending
  • able to work Monday through Friday with some evenings and weekends
  • must complete required training and background check satisfactorily

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • progressively responsible management experience of at least four years
  • successful experience in retail or restaurant environment of at least two years
  • effective oral communication skills

  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • experience in staff management and development
  • attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
  • self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach
  • preferred knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • experience analyzing financial data and budget attainment
  • knowledge of planning, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Oracle MICROS POS experience
  • Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification requirement after hire
  • culinary experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage franchise concepts and partnership agreements in the Titan Student Union Food Court
  • hire, train, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and develop employees
  • maintain high standards of food quality, health, and safety
  • ensure efficient and profitable financial performance of food service operations
  • manage staff schedules and maintain accurate employee records
  • oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and quality control
  • utilize operational tools such as MICROS POS and financial reports to achieve operational excellence
  • coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment
  • collaborate with Associate Directors, Marketing Manager, and franchise District Managers
  • deliver exceptional customer service through direct interaction
  • implement seasonal promotions and company programs
  • build positive team relationships
  • manage additional operational areas and perform other duties as assigned
