Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- four years progressively responsible management experience
- two years experience in retail or restaurant environment
- effective oral communication skills

- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- staff management and development experience
- attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks and organize work

- willingness to obtain Servsafe Certification after hire

- able to perform physical duties including walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending
- able to work Monday through Friday with some evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- progressively responsible management experience of at least four years
- successful experience in retail or restaurant environment of at least two years
- effective oral communication skills
- excellence in customer service
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- experience in staff management and development
- attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach
- preferred knowledge of basic accounting principles
- experience analyzing financial data and budget attainment
- knowledge of planning, forecasting, and inventory control
- Oracle MICROS POS experience
- Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification requirement after hire
- culinary experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manage franchise concepts and partnership agreements in the Titan Student Union Food Court
- hire, train, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and develop employees
- maintain high standards of food quality, health, and safety
- ensure efficient and profitable financial performance of food service operations
- manage staff schedules and maintain accurate employee records
- oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and quality control
- utilize operational tools such as MICROS POS and financial reports to achieve operational excellence
- coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment
- collaborate with Associate Directors, Marketing Manager, and franchise District Managers
- deliver exceptional customer service through direct interaction
- implement seasonal promotions and company programs
- build positive team relationships
- manage additional operational areas and perform other duties as assigned
