Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior experience in restaurant management
- proven ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- availability to start early shifts at 4 am
- capability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during work hours
- commitment to work-life balance and team leadership
- willingness to complete 5 weeks of training
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- experience motivating and inspiring teams
- knowledge of food cost control and labor cost management
- familiarity with p&l analysis
- ability to recruit and develop internal talent
- strong leadership and operational skills
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations and treat the store as your own
- start early shifts to prepare and open the bakery
- ensure the store is audit ready and orders are executed efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service
- float in various positions during busy periods
- manage employee breaks and foster a positive team environment
- complete closing procedures and prepare the store for the next day
- handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- take daily deposits to the bank
