Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficient in business operations including staffing and financial management
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
- hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong and capable workforce
- oversee food preparation and safety measures to maintain compliance with health standards
- implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement events
- manage sales forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and staffing to meet financial goals
- ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by leading and motivating the team
